Complaints

Our business strategy is to work very hard not to receive any complaints. So far this has worked very well!

However should you ever have one please contact our Disputes Resolution Officer here, in writing, or at the office on 01233 722999.

In the event of a dispute you may refer any complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). However to be clear you first need to complain to us. We will always do our best to resolve any issues amicably but you may then go to FOS within 6 months of our final decision.
